Rates Include
City Water & Sewer, Mail Delivery to your space by USPS for extended stays, Electricity Fees for stays less than 1 Month, Trash Fees for stays less than 1 Week. Occupancy by two adults per space. "WIFI - Hot Spot" Free - Courtesy of Tengo Internet
Additional Services Available
Not all services are provided without cost, some services are arranged with outside providers. Cable TV – WIFI – Telephone – Computer access for e-mail – Courtesy Phone in Lobby for free local calls, Organized Activities, Crafts and Social Events – full use of all resort facilities.
Additional Fees at Check-In
- Extra Person Fees: $4/day; 20/week; 60/month per extra person (more than two adults.)
- Pet Fees: $1/day; 5/week; 15/month; 100/year(+Tax) payable at check-in. (Pets must be in special area.)
- Instant Phone & Cable at some spaces: $2/day, payable at check-in (if available.)
- Trash Fees (solid waste haul-off): Stays less than annual - $4/week, 16/month. Payable at check-in. Annual residents will be billed monthly
Refund Policy
Refundable with written notice thirty (30) days prior to your reservation date with $35 non-refundable. ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER REFUNDS

$300 - Reservations longer than 1 Month
No Deposit required for Annual Renewals
